How to Stop Smoking - The Great Quit Myth

Smokers who try to give up 'cold turkey' find themselves in the world of pain. They're on edge and anxious, distressing and nervy. Those smokers who try a nicotine replacement therapy, like electronic cigarettes or nicotine patches discover that it's not quite exactly like smoking and that your pure nicotine ingestion would make them jumpy. They worry about their dosage and they fail to realise they are still addicted. Even the nicotine periodontal addicts look with longing in the proper smokers, and yearn to ignite because they miss the feel of smoke in their lungs.

And what about those poor deluded addicts who think a powerful pharmaceutical drug might magically make everything far better, without a thought on the serious side effects of these brain-warping drugs.

The great quit smoking myth is it's difficult to stop. It's a myth perpetuated by individuals who don't understand the techniques of addiction. And it is a myth perpetuated by a huge and profitable smoking cessation sector. Nicotine gum, nicotine patches and quit smoking drugs are even much more profitable than cigarettes them selves!

It is simple to quit! (Truly!)

And the first problem any quitter comes up against is that people just don't believe how easy it can also be to quit. Their perception that they have to struggle and suffer is a self-perpetuating prophecy. It can be a perception supported by advertising and industry who have a vested interest in keeping their customers addicted. You feel it's going to be hard to give up... so it is!

But imagine if you could change your perception? What if you can get deep down into that component of your brain that keeps you smoking having its false ideas and change how you think. Just by changing that subconscious ideas you have you might have a brand new perception about your need to smoke. And if you really knew how easy it was just to decide to quit, you could stop smoking in an instant.

You wouldn't have every withdrawal symptoms, and you wouldn't be bothered as a result of other people's smoke, and you wouldn't even crave a cigarette in those situations outcomes smoke seemed the natural course of action, like after a food, or with a ingest.. or after sex!

And all it takes is for you to accept a little bit of help. All you need can be a program that will calm down you and touch your subconscious while using the beautiful truth.
